Dr. Sarah Cheathem - Veterinarian

Dr. Cheathem is originally from Pensacola, Florida but grew up in New Orleans, Louisiana.

She completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology, with a minor in chemistry, at the University of Louisiana at Monroe in 2019. She then went on to receive her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Florida in 2023 (Go Gators!). While in school she completed the Maddie's Certificate in Shelter Medicine as well as the veterinary business certificate.

In her free time, she enjoys hiking, reading, cooking, and singing. She has one amazing Siamese cat named Sam.

Dr. Cheathem is beyond excited to join the team at Safe Harbor Animal Hospital and to help care for pets, and the people that love them!
